Position Title: IT Project Manager

Overview:

Charter is currently seeking one (1) experienced IT Project Manager in Regina, SK starting February 2025. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years as a PM in IT and have managed two (2) or more large CRM projects (>$500K) with cloud integrations. Experience managing resources, systems development, estimating effort/costs, and planning project activities is required. Previous experience understanding business priorities including leading projects through a governance framework utilizing standard practices is required. Experience managing complex COTS implementation projects in an IT environment is required. Industry certification required: PMP or PRINCE2. Location: Regina, SK (Onsite). Term: 2 years with the potential of 2 years extension.

Responsibilities:

• Develop terms of the detailed Project Plan in consultation with Project Leadership Team.

• Produce deliverables on time, within budget ensuring project objectives are met.

• Monitor and report on project performance: scope, schedule, cost, and project deliverables.

• Identify, monitor, and manage risks related to the delivery of the project.

• Organize and facilitate multi-stakeholder workshops, meetings and prepare presentations.

• Work collaboratively with Third Party Vendors and other Partners to include their delivery as part of the overall implementation plan.

• Develop project change requests (scope, time, and cost) while negotiating and sharing financial implications and/or impact with the Project Sponsor.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 8+ years as a PM in IT, managing two (2) or more CRM projects (>$500K) with cloud integrations.

• Experience understanding Business priorities and leading projects through a governance framework utilizing standard practices and methodologies.

• Experience meeting project deadlines, setting priorities, managing resources, systems development, estimating effort and costs, and planning and scheduling project activities.

• Experience managing Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) implementation projects in an IT environment.

• Education: Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification. (Mandatory)

• Experience in creating and managing project management documentation including project plans, schedules, project budget, change orders, and project status reports.

• Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English is required.

• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
